Strawberry Banana Smoothie

The BEST strawberry banana smoothie recipe ever! It's easy (ready in less than 5 minutes), healthy, and made with yogurt so it's full of protein! It's the perfect snack or breakfast!


  • 1 cup milk*
  • ½ cup yogurt** (5 oz Greek yogurt)
  • 2-4 TBS honey (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 whole banana frozen
  • 2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen

  1. Place the ingredients in the order listed in the container of a Vitamix (or another high-powered blender).
  2. Blend starting on low speed and increasing to high for 30-60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
